"오래된 친구와의 감정이 깊어졌을 때 진심으로 사과하는 것에 대해서 생각하다 쓴 곡이다.
이 곡을 처음 작업할 때 한국적인 느낌이 많이 나서 이런 것들을 가사에 담고 싶다는 생각을 했는데,
그러다가 통일이라는 주제가 친구라는 키워드와 연결지어 쓸 수 있겠다 생각이 들어서 작업했다."

"I wrote this song after thinking about sincerely apologizing when my feelings with an old friend deepened.
When I first worked on this song, I felt a lot of Korean, so I thought I wanted to include these things in the lyrics,
but then I thought that the theme of unification could be linked to the keyword of friends, so I worked on it."

현존하는 유일한 분단 국가인 대한민국에 태어나 현재까지 살고있는 작자에게 '이산가족'은 초등학생 시절, 학교 사회 수업에서 배웠던 단어이다.
이산가족의 아픔을 기억하는 것이 당연했던 시절이 있었다. 그러나 왜일까, 현재 2020년대를 살아가는 대한민국의 국민들에게 '이산가족'이라는
단어는 낯선 땅에서 유래된 말 만큼이나 거리감이 느껴진다. 현재 이산가족의 대다수가 초고령자이며 많은 이산가족들이 이미 세상을 떠났다.
줄어드는 이산가족 수처럼 국민들의 관심도 줄었던 것일까. 분단의 기간이 길어질 수록 우리는 분단으로 인한 극심한 아픔의 기억조차 잊게 된다.
이에 깊은 안타까움을 느끼며 이산가족에 대한 이야기를 담은 혁오의 'Gang Gang Schiele'라는 곡의 포스터를 제작하였다.

남한을 상징하는 푸른색과 북한을 상징하는 붉은색만을 사용하여 두 색상의 조화로움을 담아내고자 하였다. 두 색을 분명히 다르지만,
함께할 때도 충분히 아름답다는 것을 의미한다. 그리고 흐릿한 텍스트와 이미지를 통해 우리의 기억 속에서 사라져가는 이산가족을 시각적으로 표현하였다.

For me, who was born in South Korea, the only divided country that exists and lives until now, 'seperated family(Korean Diaspora)' is a word I learned in society class when I was an elementary school student. It was a time when it was natural to remember the pain of separated families. But why, for the people of South Korea currently living in the 2020s, the word 'seperated family(Korean Diaspora)' feels as distant as a word derived from an unfamiliar land. Currently, the majority of separated families are super-aged, and many have died. Like the decreasing number of separated families, the interest of the people has also decreased. The longer the period of division, the more we forget the memories of the extreme pain caused by division. Feeling deeply sorry for this, a poster for Hyukoh's song 'Gang Gang Schiele' was made.
I tried to capture the harmony of the two colors by using only blue symbolizing South Korea and red symbolizing North Korea. It means that the two colors are clearly different, but they are beautiful enough when together. And through blurry texts and images, we expressed separated families disappearing from our memories.
